Web Manager (SEO, Web Design & Optimization)
About the Role
Decor City Nigeria is looking for a highly skilled Web Manager to oversee, optimize, and manage multiple company websites including but not limited to Decor City and Haven City.
This role requires a versatile professional with strong knowledge of SEO, web design, analytics, and digital optimization. You’ll ensure all brand websites remain updated, search-optimized, and conversion-focused, while also improving user experience and functionality.
 
Key Responsibilities
  •  Manage and update multiple websites (mainly WordPress-based).
  • Upload and maintain property and product listings.
  • Implement SEO strategies to boost online visibility.
  • Improve website design, performance, and UX/UI experience.
  • Develop, publish, and optimize blog and landing page content.
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure consistency of brand message across all websites.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing multi-brand websites.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Good eye for design and layout.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of real estate or e-commerce website management is an advantage.

Client Account Manager (Sales & Marketing – Haven City Division)
About the Role
Haven City Realtors, the real estate services arm of Decor City Nigeria is hiring a Client Account Manager to drive client relationships, manage property transactions, and coordinate between property owners, investors, and tenants.
This is a client-facing role that combines sales, marketing, and relationship management. You will work closely with developers, landlords, and investors to ensure seamless property sales, rentals, and customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leads and convert inquiries into active clients.
  • Follow up with clients across multiple communication channels.
  • Coordinate property viewings, sales, and rental closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and lead generation.
  • Track and report weekly performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Organized, proactive, and self-driven.
  • Good understanding of property sales, rentals, and marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business is an added advantage.
